Unfriendly, Incompotent and arrogance

I lost my Foschini card and wanted to purchase some goods, but the customer service consultant and manager was more concerned about a "unemployment block" and of which I was not informed about. The issue was that my card is lost and that I wanted a replacement as I wanted to obviously purchase some goods, but you and the consultant was focusing on the wrong issue of informing me continuesly that I have an unemployment block on my account. I find that both of you was unhelpful, ignorant and uninformed and did not even try to make understand this new policy.
My account is current and up to date and as perusual if your account if you make x3 consecutive payments, a customer has always been able to purchase. You can obviously use your logic and think that I am working, and just so you know I have to pay my account whether I am unemployed or not. You have absolutely waste my time and I am definitely intending to pay my account in full and close as this was the first it happend to me.
Next try to use your discretion and apply logic. Your customer service skills needs to be improved, however be that as it may be the secret is in the manner you approach a customer.
