We needed a specific cake and some French loaves - Glen Acres Spar is not our normal grocery shopping destination as it is a bit further, but we were going past so we decided to pop in and get the goods. The cake supplier's truck had broken down and the delivery was expected much later. Patiance offered to hold a cake for us and arrange to hold the French loaves from the night bake, so that we collect all at 07H30 the next morning - later that day, we received a call from her to say that the truck issue was still delaying the delivery, so we rolled out the collection to 15h00 the next day. She said she would call if problems persisted. We arrived on time to find everything put aside and in order. Really pleased, we thought we should tell the Manager, and we were given a bottle of wine for doing so! What service on a small order! Guess which has become our normal grocery shopping destination
