I decided to try ordering online from Mr Price seeing as they promise it's easier. After registering and not being able to checkout, I used the online chat help, I was told to log off and log back on. After doing so I still was unable to checkout. Finally, it brings a system message telling me the item I want is sold out. So thanks for wasting my time and my data!
