No rest, not happy or healty due to Sealy Bed

I bought a Sealy Supremacy Firm bed set and after a year I developed terrible back ache. I complained when the bed was 2 years old but they said the quarantee was up and if I wanted to replace the bed it would cost R1000. I couldn't afford it so I left it until last month when I asked for a replacement mattress and paid the monies. Two weeks later they deliver the mattress and won't exchange it because I have 4 coffee stains on the mattress and they class this as unsanitary which at no point did anyone mention to me or point out. Now they want a further R680.00 to recover my old mattress & give me a replacement one. I am so livid at this service. No one advises what they class as unsanitary and now I am stuck with a mattress that causes me terrible pain. So I ask for a refund of my money paid and they say I must wait another month because the accounts are closed til the New Year. Seriously you won't get any rest nor will you be happy or healthy like Sealy claims, if you buy one of their beds. You will get no rest, back ache that you can't walk in the morning and you will get no service satisfaction either so you won't be happy or healthy.
