Genessi memory foam mattress

I bought a Genessi memory foam bed a couple of weeks back.
It had to be replaced and was done very smoothly and effortless.
Everything was explained to me in a simple and easy way and everyone involved had brilliant attitudes. You sometimes get companies that just ignore you or take forever to get back to you, but I never got that vibe at all from anyone.
