On Saturday the 02nd November I went to Spar Pineslope to pay my DSTV accout. While in the process of paying my account, there was a power cut at the store. The cashier Alletta promised to continue with the transanction when electricity came back and that she would call me with the outcome. After an hour of leaving the store, Mbali called me and told me that my transaction was successfully completed and that they will keep my receipt safe for me to collect when I get a chance. Well done to Alletta for saving me time and keeping her promise. Thumbs up the 2 ladies for delivering great service. Well done we need more people like you in the retail industry.
