After having been mistreated at one of the Spar Stores in Pretoria regarding a double transaction. After having been ignored and taken for granted by one of the Store Managers in Spar Arcadia, I would like to thank Janeen vander Westhuizen from Spar's Head Office in Durban for her Intervention.
I sent an email to her explaining my problem which one of her stores took three months failing to resolve but ignoring me, it only took her 3 minutes for to resolve the matter, she called me back after receiving the complaint, told me she would intervene, after almost 3 minutes again, she called me to go and collect my money from the store which I was charged twice during an electronic transaction.
Thanks a lot Janeen, I really appreciate what you did, keep it up.
