Damaged Couch (1st Day)

I was told that my recliner couch will be delivered in small pieces and it will be assembled in my house. Strange it was fully assembled on delivery, for that reason it was damaged during the delivery proces, the delivery guys had to force it in. I was very busy that day, I did not not monitor each step they took to safely deliver. Later that day I've checked it all round and found bad damages, Immediately I took pictures and went to the stores to report it, the manager that day called the warehouse and spoke to somebody who promised to come to my house on Saturday, he (Technician) called on Saturday saying his car wont start, he will come th following week, he called the following week saying he is in Mpumalanga, we've made another arrangement for midweek, he never called, I've sent a whatsapp message to Nompi at the store to follow up, to date no one has attended to may request. I need somebody to come and fix my problems on the 9th November 2013 @ 10h00am, if not they must come and take the couch, refund me, I will go somewhere else. They are so quick to debit but service is overlooked. I have warned Nompi that I will take this matter forward if they dont respond to my request
