With reference to our conversation yesterday.
Attached please find confirmation email from Ver tex that they will contact you regarding payment arrangement and a settlement amount.
I also wish to refer you to the previous Hello Peter complaint you have logged on 14 October 2010 at 15H42.
At that point we did struggle to get hold of you and only manages to speak to you on 1 December 2010 advising you that two of your accounts was settled via loss of employment benefit insurance claim. On your third account it was declined as it is one of the conditions you have signed for in the insurance contract that no benefits for loss of employment will be approved if the account is less than three months old
You have advised the consultant that spoke to you that you are aware of it and that you have already made payment arrangements with the store.
Ver tex is indeed the collection agency that is handling your account all their particulars is included in the attachement.
