I have logged numerous complaints dealt with a dozen of managers with no resolution and last week the brought my sofas and the guy who was fixing them told me he did not change anything what I want from bears is one thing either give me my money back or re-start the contract coz everything i bought from you guys u changed it in 2013 u forced my hand I did not want this to happen so if I dint here from you in 24 hours the ombitsement will be contacting you my life is because of you can't even move forward financially because of bears my life is been a night mare and FYI the sofas still needs to be fixed.
And remember when i came there as a customer you have never gave me any respect but u manage to make my life u need to RE- START MY CONTRACT
AND I SPOKE TO IFRAM THE WHO WAS THE DISTRICT MANGER FOR BEARS WHO INFOREMD ME THAT HE NOLONGER WORKS FOR BEARS HE WAS THE ONE WHO WAS DEALING WITH THIS AND PROMISSED IT WILL BE RESOLVED NOW I HAVE TO START FROM SCRETCH I HAVE HEAD IT EITHER U PAY ME MY MONEY BACK OR YOU RE-START THE CONTRACT AND SUBTRACT EVERYTHING I HAVE PAID SO FAR I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU RESPONCE. MY CREDIT IS RUIEND BY U GUYS HAVE A HEART IAM SO YOUNG
