Omo? Or no go?

The current Omo promotion where consumers can dial a number and code on the packaging to claim a 'guaranteed' prize must be one of the worst promotions I have ever encountered. Firstly the electronic exchange does not work and cuts the dialler af. Shortly afterwards you start receiving calls from a variety of 031 numbers, no message. Google any of them and they show up as spam calls from marketing agencies. You then post an enquiry on Omo's Facebook page, and get a response that someone will contact you asap. Turns out he 'asap' is four days or so later. And lo' and behold, Omo is under the (very wrong) impression that all Omo users are city dwellers - practically all the supposed guaranteed prizes are city based. Go figure. Poorly thought out, poorly executed, combined with poor customer service. And this from a giant company such as Unilever. Utterly unprofessional.
