Purchased 8 kg Dr Hahnz Gourmet Pet Food, and discovered it was mouldy. Logged a complaint on the 22.10.2013 was asked for batch number phoned and gave it 23.10.2013 and have been fighting with them since to get answers. Tried phoning a director's cell number no answer and left a message and he did not bother to phone me back. My dog has been ill and I am convinced it's because of this dog food. I would actually just like a refund for my money wasted, as I will not be purchasing this product ever again. Needless I can't even get an official apology from this Company. This food is toxic! and by the way, I am battling to log a complaint as only 1 is allowed every 5 days!!!
