Dear Fruit & Veg
I've been going to your coffee shop since the day you guys opened the 12/12/12.What I have noticed in the past month really dissapoints me.
1) Firstly, standards have been dropping. When I started to go to the coffee shop I started with the coffee and cake special. The first time the slice was a decent size. A week thereafter the slice was half the size.
Now the slice is literaly a quarter.
2) Secondly, I ordered a cake slice, and there was a fly on the cake the whole time, and when I told the lady about it, she just walked away, not really bothered to exchange it. And from what I have noticed it seems she is the acting manager.
3) Thirdly I took my friend out for coffee/tea out last week, and she wanted the cake special but tea instead of coffee. She asked for the deal, and she was told that they can't do that deal. When we asked for the manager, the lady who approached us said they can't do that.
And to top it all off, I came with my colleagues the next day, and when one of them asked for tea instead of coffee, they allowed it.
I though today was my last slice of cake, but I don't think I will ever bother with Fruit & Veg again.
Really dissapointed
