Well done Durban South Toyota (service department) for consistently delivering excellent service. Staff have the right attitude, resolve complaints speedily and bookings are always available within a reasonable timeframe.
I live literally 3km from the Umhlanga (CMH Gateway) branch and prefer driving approximately 45km to service my vehicle at Durban South. It may be inconvenient to drive that distance, but its so much better than putting up with incompetent booking staff who have an attitude problem and act like they're doing you a favour, as well as having to take your vehicle back to rectify things that should have been done right the first time.
