Bad treatment

I was on the que/line to exit the shop for them to check receipt on the 27/10/2013, the time I was second I was told to join another line at the back after waithing in the que for about 10 minutes, because the gentleman infront of me has a big trolley & have to go & fetch another one. I said to the lady that as soon as she is done with that trolley she can assist me in the meantime while the guy went to fetch another trolley were she said I can wait there or sleep there. Thats when I requested supervisor or manager. The guy by name of Domingo came by, I called him brother because they dont have name tags, he said to me no brothers but sister with bad attitude which is when I called him sister. He sitted with the lady & said to me I talk too much. Then I requested a refund, were he said he will assist me with that. After a while I asked him who is going to assist me & he said to me at around 14h30, time was at around 13h57. Then I said I am going to report him were he said I can go. I then joined another que/line & left the shop. I want him to learn how to treat customers with respect by him & shop manager writing an appology & promise not to repeat it again.
