I DEMAND action taken to this guy- as matter of effect he has to be dismissed as his compromising the brand" hi-fi corp" hi-fi corp is a big brand and has to be represented with integrity- I didn't understand why people lack basic principles of customer services.
On Saturday I went to greenstone hi-fi corp to purchase a hisense fridge worth R4000 and a stand worth R600.
At a till I was provided with a wrong stand after I waited for an hour for my items purchased.
All staff in that branch are just on holiday and it's my 1st time ever have I seen such a poor pathetic service ever.
On the note a security guy demanded I cancel a sale and leave, didn't understand entirely whats tittle and then told me I have I must off. I was so shocked asking myself whats going on in here, even touching me forcefully - I told him not to touch me. When I asked for a manager (Falofhni Govendor) she also gave us attitude- I then saw that these people are on holiday and don't even respect the customers surely this comes from above. I also demand corrective action to be taken against her and I will request she attends training for managerial skills.
