Over the weekend I needed to purchase a fragrance from Red Square in Fourways mall. Whilst I knew the product was on special, I did not know if there was any stock left. Around midday, I called the store and spoke to a woman by the name of Baverly. She immediately checked up on my query and agreed to keep the fragrance for me until I arrived. I arrived shortly before the store had closed at 17:40. Baverly was available with my product and had processed my sale promptly. I found her attitude to be very professional and the service was excellent.
I genuinely felt valued as a customer, keep up the brilliant service.
