I called Edgars call centre this morning and what a shock to call in firstly I am asked for my ID number consultant confirms she is speaking to the relevant person and then i give her my request to cancel the classic club on my account then we go through the same process she wants to confirm my ID number a second time after she confirmed it the first time what is this all about now you want to tell me process and I gave you my ID number the first time, it doesn't just end here while i am telling here what i want to do now she starts wanting to force me to sign up for something that i didn't call in about account protection plan and then she want to tell me it's compulsory that i sign up for this protection plan 1 it's not free and i will be paying for it I have had this account for so long and never had it why should i be calling edgars for 1 thing and now being forced to sign up for something i never had and told that it is compulsory and it's not free. Thsi was such an unpleasant call.
