I have been charged the income protection plan fees to which i have not agreed. I have called the call center a number of times to query this only to be told that the system just does it and that it is the contract that I signed. I asked for Edgars to provide this document but to no avail, all I want is to be refunded the money that has been charged to my account
I just don't seem to get anybody at Edgars to even to respond HELP!!
