Preston Govender has been assisting me with the purchase of a breadmaker for several months - false promises from the owner of the company did not stop him from trying to help me with the demonstrating of a new bread maker. Had it not been for him, i would have walked out of the store after getting my refund - as it happened I left with a bread maker which was cheaper and not of the calibre I had hoped to purchase.
Preston really tried to fill the promise of a Cusinart that his employer had assured me she would bring in from the UK, but had no joy. However I appreciate his sincerty and trouble he went to.
