I've purchased a Samsung television on account from Bradlows furniture's in Ga-Rankuwa. I later handed in the TV for repairs, I was informed that it would be repaired within two week and it is now four months that I have been waiting to have my TV. I hardly get any feedback from the store I constantly have to go in to find out if there's been any progress on the repairs. They tried billing me for repairs a couple of times and constantly gave me countless excuses as to why the TV is not repaired. I'm not happy at all, my account is up to date and I believe insurance supplied by them should cover any costs involved. I just don't understand the disgusting service they are offering me. It is sick, especially because the Store Manager keep flirting with my Grandson and keeps contacting him for absolute rubbish reasons instead of keeping me in the loop about my TV.
