On saturday while at builders in the glen area (JHB south), my father was paying and left his cell on the counter, at the car he realised he left it and went back in. after asking around another customer said that guy has it which was the head of security at builders, my dad asked i believe u have my cell and he replied no! so my dad asked then may we go and see the security cameras to see who has it, the security said "um well i have a phone but how do you know its yours are you accusing me of? " my dad said its black with 2 papers in the cover and he said yes i know i tried calling the numbers but are you accusing me of? my dad then started to get upset and other customers were watching this disgusting behaviour from your staff and he said give me my phone and grabbed it. when he asked for the store manager, big shock once again there was none on duty on a busy saturday morning! therefore he had to return home in an upset state and the head of security gets away with what actually did seem like he was trying to score a phone at the customers expense! if he was a honest man he would have helped the customer as soon as he described it! disgusting customer service!
