Hi, I'm very disappointed with the service my mother got at pick and pay today, she was shopping and bought groceries of about R1000 and decided to buy herself lasagne at the deli inside pick pay, she then requested for it to be warmed, she was advised that pick and pay does not have a microwave. How can you sell take away foods and not have a microwave? On top of that instead of giving her and alternative she is told by the Manager, his name is Fadiel that he will just give her money back. She then had to wait for more than 15 min to get her money back without any apologies. What kind of service is this?
