I bought a KIC Fridge at Price 'n Pride in 2010 and in April I reported that the door is broken, they promised me that they'll send people to fix it but no one came ever since. It is still under warranty but no one from Price 'n Pride is willing to help. I contacted the Branch Manager and he always promised to help but nothing is happening, he even hang up on me when I call him. I am not ha[[y with the service I received from them and I'll appreciate intervention.
