Since January this year my mother has been complaining about 2 of her accounts with Price n Pride. She told me the outstanding balance is inconsistent.e.g. End of Jan the outstanding balance would be R4000 and end of Feb the balance would be R6000 even though she is paying more than the required installment. At 1st i could nt believe this but then she handed over her receipts and statements to me and i went through them and to my shock it was true. This is very shocking and dissapointing from Price n Pride (JD Trading), if this is how you make your money then you should be ashamed, my mother has been calling your consultants and visiting your branch, she is being sent from pillar to post, a 62 year old woman. I contacted JD Trading myself and spoke to Sfiso who couldnt explain this to me, he basically didnt know what to do. All he could tell me was Price n Pride is a business and money needs to be made out of the deal. I will never buy at any of the JD Trading stores or advice anyone to, clearly there is no customer service in these stores. The people that are bringing in business to you are not taken care of. Someone needs to look at this and take a proper look why this money fluctuates.
