Yet Another complaint regarding the same retailer, I visited the Spar in Isipingo Lotus Park and was amazed to see a stand marked SALE. Upon viewing the contents on sale i was shocked to see expired Lucky Star Pilchards Canned Fish 400GR that was marked for R10.00. I tried speaking to Mr Moodley (The Owner) regarding my previous complaint and he actually raised his voice and insisted that i speak to his Regional Manager (Vanitha), I tried explaining him that i spoke to her on numerous occasions and failed to even get feedback from her. A call was logged to Spar Head Office and i was promised by Jennen and Pretty that the Retail Operations Manager would call me regarding the bad experience. What seems to disturb me more so ever is the working conditions the staff have to endeavour like vulgar languages from management and the hours they work. I seriously feel this store need be audited and actioned accordingly by THE SPAR GROUP.
