I had a problem with a couple of packs of Flanagan's Crisps, I sent in a complaint to Willards about it saying I'd never buy their products again if they didn't sort out their quality control. Within 24 hours I had a call back from a representative asking for additional information. She apologized for the bad products and offered to send a voucher to replace them. A week later I received the voucher and purchased two more packets of Flanagan's Crisps to sample. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and informed Willards via email that I was happy to continue supporting them.
The next day I received another call back from Customer Care, Lindsey this time. She thanked me for trying their product again and for kindly letting them know I was happy with their service.
I was actually shocked that they had called back each time to thank me, apologize, make amends - I've NEVER experienced such prompt and caring "customer care" in my entire 30 years from any company. Thank you Willards - I'll continue to support you if you continue to employ decent, professional people who care about their jobs and customers.
