I'm extremely tired of big companies short-changing their customers (yes you, Tiger Brands).
Recently I've noticed Simply Cereal's All Swiss muesli has gone from containing "40% Fruit & Nuts" down to "30% Fruit & Nuts", yet the price has increased by 10%.

So customers are essentially paying 10% more for 10% less.
Other than increasing profits, what is the reason for this?
