I bought some naartjies at Woolworths a while ago but they were all dry. I wrote to them to let them know. Many days later they responded and said I must please supply barcode etc. I told them that due to their late response, all the other naartjies ended up in the bin and I would not be buying them again. I subsequently got an email saying I wold get an SMS with a code and I would be getting a R50 gift voucher within 2 days. Well it's now again a week later and nothing. Emails remain unanswered too.
Woolworths come on you should care a bit more about your customers. You don't even respond to Hello Peter I see!!
