I was at bester street pep in nelspruit yesterday i was assisted by busy when i was at the counter she told to step back she wants to assist other customers who r not paying dstv as i was infront, then iv told her she can't do that to me because 2months back they did that to me at the other pep store close by them and i had to call their head office and log a call and now u doing the same thing then she assisted me, she gave change back as i have paid in cash which was over with 3cent and she demanded the 3cent back iv told her i dnt have 3cent in my pockets then she left me infront of the till i even asked the other cashiers if she's coming back o what then they said i must leave i left the store so unhappy and very disappointed .pep bad service for multichoice paying customers
