No care attitude

I buy Dewfresh milk every month from Pick n Pay Steeldale and have never had a problem up until now. I contacted Dewfresh a few weeks ago several times to inform them that milk I just opened is sour already, they advised that someone would contact me shortly but no one did. I then opened another closed box while making porridge for the kids & the milk was sour again so not only did I have another box of sour milk but now had to throw away 6 bowls of perfectly good porridge. I am an unemployed mother so to me this was a big deal, but when calling Dewfresh and speaking to Louise was told not to make such a big fuss as it was only 2 boxes out of 24 that were sour, a week later they delivered 6 free boxes of milk and I was happy again even though I was treated terribly and spoken to like a child. So I went shopping and because I have always trusted the Dewfresh brand I bought there milk again, to my surprise all the milk that was in their old packaging had a terrible taste I took the milk back to Pick n Pay and was refunded, but when I contact Dewfresh just to advise them of this again I got a no care attitude, I don't want free milk just simply advising them of the problem!
