This supermarket chain is privately owned although the prices are competitive, the change is always five cents short, cash sales slips are issued but the change is not issued in compliance with the cash sale slips.
The amount may be small but it defeats the principle of the legal tenders of the country, five cents is a legal tender of the country and the change should be issued accordingly
