I have been paying my account via internet without any problems but I am surprised to receive as sms stating that I have to pay R1115 immediately where as I have made payments for AUGUST, SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER via internet banking, I have been told that these payments don't reflect on the system by one of the call centre agents, could someone tell me what to do regarding this?
