I have been using Clarins products for the last 26 years and I have not used any other products on my skin. It is the first time that Clarins has launched foundation that is suitable for my skin colour. I requested samples from the Head office sales consultant. She suggested a colour and gave me one sachet of sample. I requested that she give another colour so that I can compare. She said that she didn't have. I then requested another sample. She responded that she is not allowed to give me any more.
I continued shopping at Red square. The Local Clarins assistant helped me with my Clarins purchases. I told her I was disappointed that the previous lady would not give me more than one sample of foundation and that this is not the service I receive from my Clarins consultant in Johannesburg. She proceeded to give me a few sachets of foundation. She also recommended a different color of foundation.
The lady from head office began to verbally attack the lady helping me and began to conduct herself in an unprofessional and rude manner towards me in front of other consultants and shoppers. This lady whose name I do not know is not worthy to represent Clarins at any level
