Clarins have an annual sale that is by invite only. Last year I received two invites to the sale. I changed email addresses and tried unsuccessfully to engage with CLarins Head Office to change my address to ensure that I receive my invite again in 2013. I spend over R30 000 per year on Clarins and the treatment that I received from Clarins Head Office was dreadful.
I will be spending my R30 000 per annum at the Este Lauder counter from now on!
