I went to Musica at The Reds Mall yesterday and as I wanted to pay I saw two tills, one had a lady working behind it and helping a customer, the other had no one. As I walk by I see another lady (See told me her name was Dora) 5 seconds away from falling asleep leaning on the counter. I then pass her my games to ring up when she tells me that the other lady will assist me. I then ask her if she does not work in the store, to which she responds I do, but that lady will assist you. I then ask for the manager, which she informs me she is, then I tell her I'm from head office and will be laying a complaint, to which she responds that's fine, but that lady will assist you, walks off and the suddenly pretends to check the stock.
So many issues in this story, one is a manager to high up to assist a client, two why should I wait when two tills are available and there is enough staff to run them and three is the whole attitude that's so wrong. Back to Look n Listen for me...
