Service we expect to receive, and get!

Yesterday afternoon I had the distinct pleasure and honour of speaking to a young lady by the name of Lungi Mkhize. What a blessing it was for her to be placed in my path.

I called the Bonitas Call Centre to enquire about my Mom's medical savings account. My mother is a pensioner aged 77 and has been a member of ProSano since 1971. It has since been taken over by Bonitas.

I told Lungie that my mother was diagnosed and suffers from a heriditary blood disease called Haemochromotosis. This disease cannot be managed by the taking of pills. Lungi started asking pertinent questions of which I was only too eager to answer. She patiently listened to my explanation of what Haemochromotosis is, and how it must be managed.

After explaining my Mom's dilemma to her she was not only sympathetic but also extremely helpful. She has set a plan in motion for us to follow.

Lungi has no idea how she managed to single-handedly renew my faith in humanity. Bonitas should know that they have a STAR performer and employee in their midst.
