I don't even know if it will help to complain about my experience after i saw all this complaints. Bad service, bad quality and passing the buck, wow your good in doing that. Your customer service is of the worst i ever saw and i work for an international company. You seriously need to get training or you are in the wrong industry.
After i think a month i had to complain about the 3 seater and it is doing it again. When you say that to the manager all he can say is" oh, i can log a call for you" wake up if I'm not happy with the product within 6 months i can insist on a new one!!! CPA hallo!!!
Well if the company really cares they will contact me, I'm done with you. I will tell every person i see of the bad experience.
