I ordered a GHD online via [URL Removed] during April 2013 for the amount of R999-00. After registering the product (halogram number and date code number) on GHD's registered website, I discovered that the GHD is a counterfeit. I contacted the owner, Juandri Kruger via Facebook and requested a refund. She does not respond to my mails/requests. I contacted GHD head office (London) who confirmed the fact that the GHD is a counterfeit and who advised me not to use the device and to ask for a refund. They will also institute legal action.
