I would like to thank Castor King for their great, friendly & informative service that I received on Mon 14th Oct 2013.
One of the wheels on my office chair broke and so I went to Builder's Warehouse to try resolve the issue. Had no luck or joy there so I googled it and came up with Castor King.
Made the trip through to their office/shop in Wetton and was so pleasantly surprised. Was expecting the worst, to be sent on a wild goose chase and instead was greeted with a smile and a helpful demeanor to go along w ith it. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the guy but he was ace and explained everything to me - even though it was fairly straight-forward and simple =D
It was just the way he went about it and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need - like an entire new office chair...
