Efusal to refund R1295 on time

Sesto Senso, the merchant involved tells me I have to wait for 7 days for a refund from Nedbank for an item I returned on 11 October having been bought on 7 October. We are talking about R1295 here. This is violation of my right. The store got the bag back and they keep my money with them, costing me opportunity to use or invest it. Its unacceptable and illegal
