Not the first time Spargs disappoints

On the 10th October, my sister and I visited Spargs to purchase our daily groceries. When proceeding to the counter, not only did the teller not greet us but she also barely looked at us. We had packed our groceries all out on the counter but some of the items near to the end of the counter required her to stretch her arm out a little in order to reach them. The teller however did not do that and instead banged her hand on the counter saying "HELLO" expecting me to bring the items to her. I ofcourse didnt so she just didnt ring those items up. She then proceeded to talk to her fellow tellers in Xhosa about us thinking we would not understand. She further proceeded to make sarcastic remarks and laughed at us when we requested to speak to a manager. After waiting a little while for the manager with no success we just left. What has happened to Spargs/ Superspar? What has happened to the brilliant service that once existed!
