There was a special on yoghurt which said buy 2 for R25 (of 4pack yoghurt). I have photo proof of the special.
When I got to the till it rang up as 1 4pack for R25. When the manager was called, instead of admiting the error was on their side, he tried to convince me that I was mistaken and somehow understood it incorrectly. I didn't wind up buying them but I just think that the attitude was completely wrong. When a similar thing happened at Pick n Pay they said sorry, it was their mistake and they gave me the product at the price advertised and another unit of that product for free. I took a photo and asked people I knew what they thought the special meant and everyone said the same thing I did. It advertised 2, 4 packs for R25. I dont need anything I just wanted to be heard about the way they treated me as a customer.
