Ad attitude by front line waite

On 28.10.13 my husband and myself went for supper at the N1 spur in N1 City. My meal was returned 3 times, wrong order, the waiter was Zukisa.
When we left, there was no one at the front desk and no waiter to be seen. Outside about five ladies were gathering and chatting to a customer. As we were already waiting for a long time I called the one lady, Chani, to please assist with the taking of my money. According to me, she could not take my money because she was busy and had to find my waiter to do so. I was extremely upset about this, because since when must a customer beg to pay their account. the next moment Chani started attacking me verbally, advising me that she was busy. Back chatting was not the word!!! Another waiter, a tall big young male with black hair came over to me and said that he would assist me, no issue and very friendly. When I looked for my trolley with my previously purchased goods, it was removed from the front desk. I went mad, because the content of the basket was over a R 1000.00. Chani told me that all trolley's were removed. I went blank and the out of the blue she brought my trolley back to me - it was hidden next door, not for the trolley collecto
