Rude sales staff

I bought an item of luggage from En -Route and had to take it back twice because the item broke on my travels. This is not an issue as it was repaired, the problem is in getting it repaired the staff were rude and blatant disgusting the way they handled it. We were not phoned to say the item was ready for collection and when taken up with staff they just ignored us and told we must "not take our mood out on them"
I will never go back to this shop again and with this kind of service I hope no one else does as well or risk my experience.
