Ad service frm two ladies at the reception

I lost my learner lisence and got information from the lisencing department's web page that you can go to your nearest lisencing department with two I'd photos, I'd book and a fee for the re printn when I got to the spprings branch they told me that I should go to mpumalang where I initially got the learners for a re-print, the two ladies at the recetion told me that with an attitude and I was very suprissed because on their web page it says it can be done anywhere. Sooo annoyed
