I send a email on their webside for a Qoute to buy cartridge and ask questions about delivery. I send Whasapp message to one of their employee Selwen who, who responded by saying we only opened at 8.30am, At 2pm I send a follow up message, but He never bother to respond. Even though I could see He was on line. Bad experience for a Pontential client. Wonder how is their after sale services delivery if the cant respond to a mere qouate request.
