I placed an order with Kalahari on teh 12th of September, expecting my order in the next working day as per their promise, i followed up from the 16th and nothing was being saiad from them except that they will get back to me until in the begining of the Oct when i asked them to cancel the order and until today again i am the one following up with them even when i have requested my refund beacuse of bad service of them not communicating any progress of my order and when i call they tell me the reason for the moth's delay is because they are out of stock on the thing i had orderd and they diddnt have the decency to let me know and now they are not telling me what is happening to my money and i still have to be the one running after them
i am embarrased, this was my first time and last using them - i havent got any response on my refund request
