We purchased a TV at Makro last week, we received friendly and efficient service from Carlos in sales and Calvin in Warranties, between the two of them the entire purchase took 2 minutes. No mess no fuss. Nice to see employees go the extra mile every known again, we extended our warranty as advised by Calvin and will definitely go back there.
