I am very happy with the service I received from Bongani Lukhele front line manager from Makro in Strubens Valley, JHB. I had a problem when i was swiping my card to buy a washing machine but he was of such great help as he went the extra mile to give me Makro's direct account so I can make a payment and they will process the purchase without me coming there.
After all that trouble he also made sure that he communicates with me with every step they were taking regarding my purchase, and the delivery was done on time.
